Options

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance through the Mindbody App. Late cancellations or no-shows will be fully charged.

Memberships are primarily intended for Rebounding and group fitness classes, with the option to apply a designated portion of sessions toward Duet Pilates, depending on the set allocation, member preference, and class availability.

Unlimited Memberships, a $15 penalty will automatically apply for any late cancellations or no-shows made within 12 hours of the scheduled class.

Unlimited Memberships renew automatically. To cancel, members must email the studio at least 30 days in advance to terminate the membership.

In the event of an unfilled class (fewer than one participant), the class may be subject to cancellation.
